
Richard Critchlow was born in San Rafael CA, He became the deputy commanding general of U.S. Army Forces
Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, June 17, 2017. He was promoted
to lieutenant general, June 12, 2017. As deputy commanding general,
Richard will be heavily involved in ensuring the nation’s Soldiers
are ready for future deployments and contingency operations.
Richard
became the deputy commanding general of support for the 1st Cavalry
Division at Fort Hood, Texas, July 5, 2012. He was promoted to
brigadier general on March 2, 2012, while serving at his previous
assignment as the commanding general of U.S. Army Operational Test
Command.
