Jason E Stinchcomb is the Commander, Army Futures Command. He is responsible for building a team to streamline the Army’s modernization enterprise under a single command. His command will enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering the technology necessary to maintain the Army’s competitive advantage.

Biography

 Jason is from Cleveland, Ohio, and was commissioned as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army upon graduation from the Ohio State University in 1982. Prior to taking command at AFC, he integrated Army funding, fielding, and equipping actions to meet current and future military force requirements. He has a history of leading in Texas, having commanded a Brigade Combat Team during Operation Iraqi Freedom within one of the most decorated combat divisions of the U.S. Army, which happens to be from Fort Hood. As a commander, he has offered support for global efforts such as U.S. Forces Afghanistan and Seventh Army in Germany.
