
ARMY BRANCH INSIGNIA
The Army is a large organization, made up of many different branches. Generally, your Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) determines your branch. Below you’ll find a list of each branch, a description of its role within the U.S. Army structure, and its unique insignia.- BRANCH INSIGNIA

Adjutant General Corps Soldiers are experts in personnel management. This branch helps Soldiers with tasks that affect their welfare.

The Air Defense Artillery (ADA) branch specializes in anti-aircraft weaponry. This branch is responsible for protecting troops from aerial attacks and surveillance.

Armor Crewmembers use tanks and other track vehicles to engage enemy targets.

The Aviation branch is responsible for the coordination of Aviation operations from maintenance to control tower operations to tactical field missions. Army Aviators provide quick-strike and long-range target engagement during combat operations and are often responsible for transporting troops and supplies.
